FREE Wheel Chair Rentals on Mission Beach Boardwalk
When it comes to great things to do in San Diego the beach is always on the top of the list and it is even a place place to visit for those in wheel chairs who want to get thier toes in the sand. The City of San Diego has been offering free beach wheeel chair rentals and the chairs are fit for persons to go into the sand and drive around.
Some of the beach wheel chairs are automated and some ore push chairs but either way yoiu slice it the fun begins when the visitors jump into the wheel chair and take off down the boardwalk or beach with friends and family. For many of the renters it is the first time some of them have touched the sand in 10 years or more.
