Fitness to La Jolla San Diego</strong></p> <p><img src="http://www.pacifictrainingcenter.com/img/boxing.png" alt="Pacific Training Center and Boxing Gym La Jolla" /></p> <p>Boxing, kick boxing, cross training and Muay Thai style of martial arts have grown a lot in popularity around the United States and San Diego is no different. A new <strong>boxing</strong> and <strong>fitness gym</strong> opened up in the <strong>La Jolla Bird Rock</strong> area a few months back and I was super happy to hear it was run by Eddie Roa, who in addition to training, is a world class Muay Thai fighter.</p> <p><img src="http://www.pacifictrainingcenter.com/img/muaythai.png" alt="La Jolla Muay Thai Gym" /></p> <p>Eddie has been the back bone and foundation for other boxing gyms in the Pacific Beach and <strong>San Diego</strong> area as a trainer and the fact that he now has his own place is good news for anyone who is looking to get in great shape regardless of their current fitness level.</p> <p><img src="http://www.pacifictrainingcenter.com/img/eddie_post.jpg" alt="Eddie Roa Pacific Training Center La Jolla Ca" /></p> <p>Trainers Eddie, Noel and Michael were all part of <strong>Pacific Beach Boxing</strong> and they are all awesome trainers. They encourage the students and push each one based on their physical ability. Once you start going to the <strong>classes</strong> you get to know others who are also getting started and working their way into shape with semi pro fighters and others who are more serious. This atmosphere makes for a great <strong>work out</strong> and a new sense of health and physical conditioning.</p> <p><img src="http://www.pacifictrainingcenter.com/img/cardiocombat.png" alt="Cardio classes at Pacific Training Center" /></p> <p>If you are looking for a great place to <strong>work out</strong> and want to take out some extra frustration punching on a <strong>boxing</strong> bag or doing <strong>cardio</strong> then check this place out.</p> <p>Now that I know Eddie is running this place I am definitely heading in and starting back up and getting ready to drop a few pounds for summer.
